0.5 l Plerej Selection is made in exceptional harvests, when the weather conditions and the natural balance of acids in the grapes are perfectly aligned. The grapes come from the oldest part of the ZOI Ponikve vineyard, where the harvest is done much later, when the berries have naturally dried on the vine.

The result is a special wine of pronounced complexity, higher alcohol and higher residual sugar. Due to the style of the wine, aging is short, 12 months in oak barrels, in order to preserve its authenticity and elegance.
